摘要
目的从EK的手术技巧,探讨上皮细胞的活性、上皮愈合的情况和术后Haze发生的关系。方法对行EK术的183人(356眼),观察术后摘取绷带片时上皮愈合情况和术后出现Haze的情况,计算出低中度近视组(<-6.00D)45眼和高度近视组(≥-6.00D)311眼的切削百分比和Haze的发生率。结果1)356眼中,术后UCVA达术前BSCVA占57.58%,超过术前BSCVA占38.76%,低于术前BSCVA占3.65%。2)低中度近视组的Haze的发生率为4.45%,切削百分比为13.411%;高度近视组Haze的发生率为8.038%,切削百分比为22.797%,两组比较有显著性差异(p<0.05)。3)术后摘片时上皮缺损的面积与术后出现Haze呈正相关(r=0.68)。上皮缺损为1级时,64%术后出现Ⅰ级Haze;上皮缺损达2～3级时,术后100%出现Ⅰ～Ⅱ级Haze。结论通过提高EK的手术技巧,充分保持上皮细胞的活性,可以降低术后Haze的发生率。
Objective To study the relation between EK operatival skill,the epithelial cell alive and Haze. Methods EK was performed on 356 eyes of 183 patients.The lower opinia group was 45 eyes, the higher opinia group was 311 eyes.The post-operative comer Haze and ablation percent were examined. Results 1）It was 57.58% that post-operative UCVA arrived pre-operative BSCVA;It was 38.76% that the post-operative UCVA higher than the preoperative BSCVA;It was 3.65% that the post-operative UCVA lower than pre-operative. 2）In lower opinia group ,Haze rate was 4.45% and ablation percent was 13.411%;In higher opinia group,Haze rate was 8.038% and ablation percent was 22.797%.There were significant difference in the two groups（p〈0. 05）. 3）There were positive correlation between the epithelial cell bare area and post-operative Haze,when postoperative taken off the catact lens（correlation cofficient=0.68）. There were 64% Haze which Ⅰ grade epithial cell bare area;There were 100% Haze which grade epithelial cell bare area. Conclusion To improve the EK operatival skill, to keep the epithelial cell alive can reduced the Haze rate.
