摘要
目的:观察高三尖杉酯碱防治准分子激光角膜切削术后角膜雾状混浊形成的应用效果。方法:准分子激光角膜切削术22眼,术中角膜局部应用高三尖杉酯碱,观察术后角膜雾状混浊的分级。结果:随访显示用药组角膜雾状混浊分级为1.64±0.49,较对照组2.05±0.65明显降低(P<0.05)。而两组间角膜上皮愈合时间和术后视力无显著性差异。结论:高三尖杉酯碱能够有效的降低准分子激光角膜切削术后角膜雾状混浊的发生。
AIM： To determine the effects of hemoharringtonine in preventing haze after photorefractive keratectomy （PRK）. METHODS： A total of 39 eyes with haze underwent PRK, in which 22 eyes （Treating Group） were treated by hemoharringtonine. The degrees of haze eyes were observed. RESULTS： During the follow-up, the haze degrees in Treating Group and Control Group were 1.64±0.49 and 2.05±0.65 respectively, and there were significant differences between the 2 groups （P〈0.05）, but the cornea healing time and post-operation vision in the two groups were not significantly different from each other. CONCLUSION： Hemoharringtonine is a safe and effective agent to prevent haze after PRK.
