摘要
文章从引入ISO9000标准、实现图书馆标准化服务的角度,对ISO9000族标准导入图书馆质量管理的重要性做了论述,对建立符合ISO9000标准的图书馆质量管理体系的工作步骤和贯彻标准中应重点解决的几个问题进行了探讨。
From the introduction of ISO9000 Standard to realize the standardized service in libraries, this article has expounded the importance of the introduction of ISO9000 Standard into the quality manageraent in libraries and discussed some problems in the steps and principles in building a quality management system in accordance with the ISO9000 Standard.
