摘要
虚拟管理是伴随网络经济发展而兴起的一种管理理念。由于虚拟现实技术在管理中的运用,提高了企业的生产经营效率,大大降低交易成本,同时也对现代组织的人力资源管理方式产生了巨大影响。现代组织对智力载体(人)的管理出现了新的趋势———人力资源虚拟管理。本文以人力资源管理理念变革为历史背景,阐述了人力资源虚拟管理的实质和特点,探讨了人力资源虚拟管理的模式选择问题。
Virtual management is an idea which springs up with the application and development of network economy, the application of virtual reality technology in management promotes enterprises efficiency in production and management , reduces transaction costs and has great influences on the ways of human resources of modern organizations, therefore, there appears a new tendency on intelligence carrier human management in modern organizations, virtual management in human resources. With the background of changes in ideas of management on human resources, the article presents essence and characteristics of virtual management in human resources its mode selection.
