固体碱催化剂在油脂酯交换反应中应用 被引量:17

摘要 生物柴油是一种环境友好型可再生资源,其制备方法主要有直接混和法、微乳法、热裂解法和酯交换法,其中酯交换法是最普遍使用一种方法。均相催化法优点是反应产率高,但废催化剂会带来环境问题;而具有高活性及选择性、易于分离、可回收及重复使用、无毒和廉价、可避免副产物产生等优点的多相催化法成为近年来研究热点。该文简要介绍生物柴油制备方法,综述多相碱催化制备生物柴油研究现状。 Biodiesel is very important to solve limited resources of fossil fuel and the environmental concerns. At present, there are four primary ways to make biodiesel, direct use and blending, micro-emulsions, thermal cracking and transesterification. The most commonly used method is transesterification. Homogenous catalysts have rather high oil conversion. However, the separation of waste catalysts brings about some environmental problems. Heterogeneous base catalysts bring advantages, such as high catalytic activity and selectivity, easy separation of the catalyst by simply filtration, possible recycling of the catalyst, use of non-toxic and inexpensive catalysts and especially, elimination by-product pollutants. Hence, more and more research focused on heterogeneous catalysts. The preparation of biodiesel is briefly introduced and research actuality of biodiesel synthesis via heterogeneous base catalysis is reviewed in this paper.
