概述了生物柴油的制备方法,即直接混合法、微乳法、热裂解法和酯交换法。重点介绍了酯交换法中的超临界制备方法的研究进展,对其制备方法、反应机理及动力学、各个因素对反应的影响进行了深入的阐述。
Several processes for biodiesel fuel production were introduced, such as the direct use or blending of oils, microemulsiop, pyrolysis and the current process of choice, transesterification. Biodiesel fuel preparation by transesterification using supercritical fluid techniques and recent advancement in development of preparation of biodisesl using supercritical fluid techniques were described emphatically. The preparation methods, reaction mechanism and kinetics, variables affecting the methyl ester yield during the transesterification reaction were investigated.
