摘要
以热榨麻疯果油为原料,采用液体碱酯交换法制备生物柴油,研究了最佳的脱胶、脱酸及酯交换反应条件。试验结果表明,最佳脱胶工艺条件:温度为80℃、磷酸用量为原料油质量的0.2%、反应时间为30min、加水量为磷脂质量的3倍;最佳脱酸工艺条件:温度为85℃、超碱量为原料油质量的0.2%、搅拌速度为70r/min、反应时间为30min;最佳酯交换反应条件:甲醇∶油=6∶1(物质的量比)、催化剂(甲醇钠)用量为原料油质量的1.2%、反应温度为65℃、反应时间为20min,甲酯转化率可达94%以上,甲酯产品各项性能指标达到GB/T20828-2007要求。
Using the hot-pressed jatropha oil as raw material, to produce bio-diesel by using liquid alkali ester-exchange and study the best degumming, deacidification, and ester-exchange reaction conditions. The experimental results show that the best degumming condition is: the temperature is 80 ℃ the amount of phosphoric acid as raw materials is 0.2% of the oil mass, the reaction time is 30 min, the required water is 3 times of phospholipid in mass; the best deacidification pro- cess condition is: the temperature is 85 ℃C, the super-alkali content is 0.2% of raw material in mass, the stirring speed is 70 r/min, the reaction time was 30 min; the best ester-exchange reaction condition is: methanol:oil = 6:1 (molar ratio), the catalyst(sodium methoxide)is 1.2% of the amount of raw material oil in mass, the reaction temperature is 65 ℃, the reaction time is 20 min, methyl ester conversion rate could reach up to 94% and the methyl ester product performance could meet the requirements GB/T20828-2007.
