摘要
利用氨基磺酸盐镀液在铝合金基体上电镀铅-锡合金作为铅酸蓄电池的轻型板栅材料,确定了最佳电镀工艺条件和镀液配方。利用环境扫描电镜(ESEM)观察了镀层的表观形貌;通过疲劳弯曲实验和划痕实验测试了镀层与基体之间的结合力;最后通过浸泡实验和阳极极化曲线测试了镀层在铅酸蓄电池电解液环境中的耐蚀性和腐蚀行为,初步验证铝基电镀铅-锡合金材料作为铅酸蓄电池板栅材料是合适的。
The aluminum for light-grid material in lead-acid batteries was electroplated with Pb-Sn alloy from sulphamate bath, and the opitimum technology condition and electrolyte composition were determined. The environment scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the surface morphology. The adhesion of the coating was tested by fatigue bending test and scratch test. The immersion test and the anodic polarization curve test were carried out to study the corrosion resistance and the corrosion behavior of the coating in the environment of lead-acid battery electrolyte. The applicability of Pb-Sn plated aluminum for lead-acid battery grids was confirmed preliminarily.
