摘要
利用恒电位极化、线性电位扫描法及循环伏安扫描法等电化学方法对Pb—Ba合金在5.0MH2SO4中的腐蚀及析气特性进行研究。实验结果表明,Pb-Ba合金在耐腐及析气率等方面的特性优于铅及铅锑合金,它可以用作免维护密封铅酸蓄电池一种新的板栅材料。
The corrosion and gas evolution of Pb - Ba alloys in 5.0M H2SO4 are studied using electrochemical techniques including polarization at constant potential succeeded by linear potential sweep and cyclic voltammetry, and etc. Compared with Pb and Pb-Sb alloys, the experimental results show that Pb-Ba has favorable performance in corrosion resistance and gas evolution rate. lt may be used as a novel grid material for maintenance-free rechargeable lead-acid battery.
