乳山湾东流区滩涂底栖微藻现存量和初级生产力 被引量:7

Biomass and primary productivity of the microphytobenthos on mudflats of the Rushan Bay east flow area

摘要 2004年6、8和10月对乳山湾东流区进行了底栖微藻现存量和初级生产力的现场测定。结果表明,乳山湾东流区滩涂表层沉积物中叶绿素a浓度和脱镁叶绿素浓度具有明显的时空差异性,非养殖区表层叶绿素a浓度8月最高(57.60mg/m^2),6月次之(51.89mg/m^2),10月最低(23.04mg/m^2),养殖区表层叶绿素a浓度6月最高(54.20mg/m^2),10月次之(33.50mg/m^2),8月最低(23.35mg/m^2)。由于光的限制,养殖区沉积物中的叶绿素a主要分布在表层0~1cm,随深度的增加叶绿素a和脱镁叶绿素浓度呈递减趋势,乳山湾东流区滩面养殖区初级生产力6月(92.98mgC/m^2·h)最高,10月次之(76.85mgC/m^2·h),8月最低(68.40mgC/m^2·h)。滩涂单位面积初级生产力超过单位面积水体的初级生产力。 Biomass and primary productivity of the microphytobenthos on mudflat in the Rushan Bay east flow area were investigated in June, August and October, 2004. The results showed that the concentrations of chlorophyll a and pheophytin in the surface sediment of the mudflat manifested pronounced spatial time variations. The highest average concentrations of chlorophyll a in the surface sediment appeared in August (57.60 mg/m^2) and the lowest in October (23.04 mg/m^2) in non-cultured areas. The highest average concentrations of chlorophyll a in the surface sediment occurred in June (54.20 mg/m^2) and the lowest in August (23.35 mg/m^2) in cultured areas. The average concentrations of chlorophyll a and pheophytin in the surfaceof the sediments were high, and decreased ing to light limitation, chlorophyll a in the the surface (0-1cm). The concentrations with increase of depth, due to light limitation. Owsediment in culture areas was mainly distributed in of chlorophyll a and pheophytin decreased with the increase of depth. The highest average primary productivity in the surface of the mudflat occurred in June (92.98 mgC/m2^· h) and the lowest in October (68.40mgC/m2^· h)in the culture areas. The average primary productivity per unit area on the mudflat was 78. 58 mgC/m2^· h, already higher than the average productivity per unit water column.
