摘要
目的:研究桃叶珊瑚苷的热特征。方法:用热重法测量了桃叶珊瑚苷的热失重曲线,并用 Kissinger 法计算了其表观活化能;用差示扫描量热法测量了桃叶珊瑚苷的多晶型变化;并用红外吸收光谱和 X-射线衍射图谱进行了佐证。结果:桃叶珊瑚苷有多晶型现象,其熔融时发生晶态变化并伴随分解。利用热失重法测得的表观活化能为138.75kJ·mol^(-1)。结论:获得了桃叶珊瑚苷的热力学特征,为该化合物的应用进行了基础研究。
Objective: To study the thermal property of aucubin. Methods: The thermal property of aucubin was investigated by using differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC ) and thermal gravimetry (TG) in the temperature range of 30 -250 ℃ and the different heating rate. The structure of aucubin was characterized by fouriertransform infrared spectra(FTIR) and X- ray powder diffraction. Results:Aucubin is a polymorphous material,which crystal forms changed and decomposed in the course of melting. The activation energy was 138.75 kJ · mol^- 1 and determined by TG according to the Kissinger's equation. Conclusion: The thermal property of aucubin obtained gives references for it's preparation study.
