摘要
目的探讨助听器对耳鸣的治疗作用。方法对20例伴有听力下降、病程在1年以上的耳鸣患者,观察配戴助听器至少6个月后耳鸣的变化情况。结果20例耳鸣患者中痊愈3例(15%),显效5例(25%),有效7例(35%),无效5例(25%),总的有效率为75%(15/20)。每天使用助听器超过4个小时的患者有效率为90.9%,而每天使用时间少于4个小时的患者有效率为55.6%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于伴有听力下降的耳鸣患者,配戴助听器不仅能够补偿听力,而且对耳鸣也有治疗作用,每天较长时间配戴助听器的患者疗效更明显。
Objective To observe the effeets of hearing aid on the treaanent of finnitus. Methods 20 hearing impaired patients with finnitus were evaluated after wearing hearing aid for at least 6 months. Results 3 cases（ 15% ） showed complete disappearance of tinnitus,5 cases（25% ） had obvious effect,7 cases（35% ） were improved and 5 cases（25% ） exhibited no effect. The total effective rate was 75% （15/20）. The effective rate in the patients wearing more than 4 hours everyday was 90% ,the effective rate in the patients wearing less than 4 hours everyday was 50%. There was significant difference between the two groups （P = 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Not only can wearing hearing aid improve the hearing, but also have positive effects on the treatment for tinnitus with decreased hearing, especially wearing a long time everyday.
