摘要
目的评价耳鸣消口服液治疗耳鸣的疗效和安全性。方法将120例患者随机分为治疗组80例90耳和对照组40例45耳,分别采用耳鸣消口服液和常规西药治疗,疗程均为1月。结果治疗组总有效率84.44%,明显高于对照组总有效率64.44%,p【0.05。临床观察中未发现该制剂明显毒副作用和不良反应。结论耳鸣消口服液治疗耳鸣安全有效,值得推广。
Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of ErMingXiao oral solution in the treatment of sonitus.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of sonitus were randomly divided into treatment group(80 cases) and control group(40 cases),the treatment group adopted ErMingXiao oral solution,while control group used routine drugs.The therapeutic course for two groups was a month..Results The effective rate of treatment group is 84.44%,which is higher than that of control group(64.44%),P<0.05.No adverse effect was found in the clinical observation.Conclusions Efficacy and safety of ErMingXiao oral solution in the treatment of sonitus.
