摘要
城市发展是区域发展在空间上的增长极。区域可持续发展应基于城市间的资源禀赋,实施差异互补,追求协同发展。山东半岛城市群的可持续发展面临重大的挑战。把握半岛城市群的总体资源条件,识别其各自的优势(差异),走互补与协同发展之路,应作为其可持续发展的战略选择。在实施这一战略时要坚持市场机制与政府职能的差异互补。
Urban is the growth pole of regional development in the space. The sustainable development of region should be based on the difference of cities＇ resources, realizing the difference-complementary and cooperation of urban agglomerations. The sustainable development faces to great challenge in Shandong Peninsula urban agglomerations. It is the excellent choice of sustainable development to understand the predominance of each cities, to carry out the policy of difference-complementary and synergetic development. It should persist in the principle of difference-complementary of the market competence and government functions when the policy is carried out Peninsula urban agglomerations sustainable development.
