摘要
从世界范围的经济发展规律来看 ,构建有系统的城市群区域经济已经成为国家间经济竞争的重要内容之一。 2 0世纪 80年代以来长江三角洲取得了突飞猛进的发展 ,但与世界五大著名都市圈相比 ,长江三角洲城市群的发展还明显存在着传统和自然发展的痕迹 ,特别是因其属于三个省级行政区管辖下的经济区 ,所以某些政治地缘关系还制约着城市群经济的发展。因此系统思考长江三角洲都市圈的协同发展问题 ,以提高长三角地区的区域竞争力 。
From the aspect of the economic development throughout the whole world, to construct systematical urban agglomerations has already become one of the important characteristics among the nations' economic competition. Nowadays metropolitan region is also an important type of urban spatial organization in high-developed urbanization areas. Since 1980s, Yangtze River Delta has experienced a dramatic growth, but compared with the five world-known metropolitan regions, there apparently exists traditional and natural traces in urban agglomerations in Yangtze River Delta. As metropolitan region in Yangtze River Delta lies under the jurisdiction of three provincial administrative areas, a certain regional political relations restrict the economic development of metropolitan region.Therefore, systematical speculation of the coordination in Metropolitan Region in Yangtze River Delta is the key issue to promote the regional competitiveness in Yangtze River Delta and to accelerate the whole development of metropolitan regions.
