摘要
在高等教育发展大众化的背景下,探讨高等体育教育质量标准的特征、价值取向与结构体系。特征表现为稳定性与发展性的统一、基础性与多样化的统一、绝对性与相对性的统一、事实判断与价值判断的统一,价值取向包括内适性取向、外适性取向和个适性取向,结构体系涵盖人才培养层次和人才规格两个纬度。
Under the background of the popularized development of higher education, it probed into the characterisrtie, orientation of vaUue and structural system of higher physical education quality standards. The characteristic are expressed as the unity of stability and developmental nature, the unity of fundamental nature and diversity, the unity of absoluteness and relativity and the unity of judgement on fact and judgement on value; the orientation of value includes those of internal external and individual adaptations, and the structural system covers such two latitudes as the gradation and specification of cultivation of talent.
