摘要
采用抗生素灭菌、超低温（－１９６℃）保存同种异体血管的方法，经检测，效果可靠，有效的保存了动脉壁的组织结构和细胞活性。因此有活性同种异体血管可作为血管移植的代血管材料，与人工血管相比，有较多的优越性。从１９９３年１月～１９９６年１月，共为１４例尿毒症患者应用有活性同种异体血管作透析移植血管搭桥术。
