文丘利管在增压中冷柴油机EGR系统中的应用 被引量:12

Study on Venturi Pipe Used in EGR System of Turbocharger Inter-cooled Diesel

摘要 针对增压中冷柴油机EGR系统,设计了3组不同的文丘利管,试验研究了不同文丘利管产生的效果及对增压中冷柴油机经济性能的影响。试验结果表明,文丘利管的进口截面、喉部截面以及出口截面之比不同,所产生的压降和扩压效果不同,而且对柴油机经济性能的影响也不同。同时还分析了试验过程中出现的激波现象和倒灌现象以及消除措施。 Aimed at an EGR system on a turbocharged inter-cooled diesel, an experimental investigation was carried out by using different venturi pipes to find out the different effects for these pipes and influence of fuel economy of the turbocharged and inter-cooled diesel. The results showed that the ratios of entrance section, throat section and export section of different venturi pipes are different, the effects of descend pressure and rise pressure are also different, furthermore, the influence of fuel economy of diesel is different too. At the same time, the phenomenon of shock wave and flow backward were analyzed, and clear up measure was given.
