摘要
对安装不同喉口直径文丘里管的CA498Z柴油机进行了试验。试验结果表明,选择合适口径的文丘里管,可以在对发动机的动力性和经济性几乎没有影响的情况下,显著降低文丘里管喉口处的压力,为增压柴油机废气再循环系统的废气流动提供了有利的条件。
In this paper, a series of tests were carried out on venturi pipes with different diameters of throat in CA498Z diesel engine. The experimental results show that the pressure after compressor of the engine can be significantly reduced without affecting the performance of the engine by properly choosing venturi pipe. This makes it possible to enlarge EGR ratio of the EGR system.
