摘要
正确计算出弯管内流体交汇处附近的流场和温度场的分布情况,对于设计合适的入口管道位置具有重要意义。以工程中常见的弯管为例,应用计算流体力学(CFD)技术,研究管中的流体状态参数。使用目前通用的专业CFD数值计算软件FLUENT对管道内流体进行二维数值模拟,分别对算例采用一阶离散化方法和二阶离散化方法进行模拟,并对二者的结果进行比较分析。结果表明,以k-ε双方程模型解决这样的问题可获得满意的结果。
For designing suitable entry pipeline position, it has significance that calculating correctly the distribution of flow and temperatrue field at the crowing of fluid in-the bend pipe. By taking common bend pipe in the project as an example, and using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technology, the fluid state parameter was studied. Two-dimensional numerical simulation for the fluid was proceeded by using commonly professional CFD numerical computation mftware FLUENT, and the calculating example with first order and second order discretization method were simulated respectively. On comparison and analysis, the results is satisfactory, which shows that a satisfactory result can be obtained to solve the problem by κ-ε double enuations model.
