摘要
通过改进泥鳅红细胞的染色制片技术,清晰地观察到泥鳅红细胞正常的细胞分裂和异常的细胞分裂,以及外来诱变物导致泥鳅红细胞遗传损伤而产生的各种核畸变和微核现象,实验结果表明不均等的核缢缩是泥鳅红细胞的微核来源之一。
Through the improvement of staining technique of erythrocytes, we can clearly observe the normal cell division and abnormal cell division of erythroeytes of Misgurns anguillicadatus, and various abnormal nucleus and micronucleus phenomenon caused by foreign mutagens. The result demonstrated that the unequal nucleus conctriction of cell division was one of the main consequences of erythrocytes of Misgurnus anguillicadatus.
