摘要
失眠为临床常见疾病,其根本病机在于阴阳不交,病位在于心、脑。水沟穴属督脉腧穴,居口鼻之间,为督脉与手、足阳明经之交会穴,临床用于治疗失眠效果明显,故笔者从水沟穴可交通阴阳,同治心脑,调水泻火,充和气血四个方面论证,阐述水沟穴治疗失眠之机理,为临床运用水沟穴治疗失眠症提供有力依据。
Insomnia is a common clinical disease,its basic pathogenesis lies in the incompatibility between yin and yang,disease location lies in the heart and brain.GV26(Shuigou)is a governor vessel acupoint,between the mouth and nose,and it is also an intersection point of governor vessel and large intestine meridian of hand-yangming and stomach meridian of footyangming.Clinical treatment for insomnia effect is obvious,so the author demonstrates from the GV26(Shuigou)can intersect yin and yang,treat the heart and brain,regulate water and reduce fire,fill qi and blood,expounds the mechanism of GV26(Shuigou)treatment of insomnia,to provide a strong basis for the clinical use of GV26(Shuigou)treatment of insomnia.
