摘要
学生管理工作是高校学生工作的基础。随着独立学院规模的扩大,其学生管理工作也面临着新的问题。在坚持“以人为本”,全面建设社会主义和谐社会的今天,在高校学生管理中贯彻以人为本的理念是非常必要和及时的。文章结合东海科学技术学院学生管理工作的实际情况和实践经验,论述独立学院的学生工作如何做到以人为本,以推进学生管理工作的创新。
The student management work is a foundamental part involving all the student work in universities and colleges. With the scale enlargement of our college, its student management work faces new problems. It＇s necessary and timely to carry out the idea of basing on the people in today＇s all-round construction of socialism and the establishment of harmonious society. In this paper the writers will tell us how they do to implement the idea of basing on the people and promote the innovation of the student management work, and they do all this in the real situation and with the help of practical experience of the student management work in their college.
