摘要
认清独立学院学生群体主要特点,进一步完善独立学院管理机制措施,探索独立学院学生管理的新模式,提高教育管理水平和工作效率对于培养出合格的具有独立学院特色的创新人才、打造名校品牌具有很强的现实意义。
For the purpose of cultivating the qualified creative talents of independent colleges and creating the brands,it is of practical significance to identify the main features of students,further perfect the management mechanism,probe into the new patterns of student management and improve the management proficiency and working efficiency.
