摘要 信号转导指外界环境因子和胞间通讯信号分子等作用于细胞表面(或胞内)受体后,跨膜传递形成胞内第二信使,以及经过其后的信号途径组分级联传递、引起细胞生理反应和诱导基因表达的过程。毛囊有规律地经历生长期、退行期、休止期变化。出生后毛发生长倚赖毛囊上皮细胞增殖和分化的精确平衡,参与其中的信号通路包括Wnt、转化生长因子-β、肿瘤坏死因子、成纤维细胞生长因子、Hedgehog等。各信号通路存在复杂的交互影响。 Environmental factors and intercellular signaling molecules connect with the receptors on cell surface or in cells, transmit signals across the cell membrane to form the second messenger, result in cellular physiological reaction and induce gene expression by cascade responding, which is the process of signal transduction. Hair follicle cycle includes anagen, catagen and telogen. Alter birth, hair growth relies on precise balance between the proliferation and differentiation of epithelial cells of hair follicles. The signal pathways of Wnt, transforming growth factor- β, tumor necrosis factor, fibroblast growth factors and hedgehog are all involved in the above process. There is a complicated interaction among these signal pathways.
