女贞子醇提物对雄激素性脱发模型小鼠毛发生长的影响 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨女贞子醇提物对丙酸睾酮诱导产生的雄激素性脱发模型小鼠毛发生长的影响。方法采用丙酸睾酮诱导产生雄激素性脱发C57BL/6小鼠模型,考察女贞子醇提物对毛发生长、皮肤和血清中激素水平等的影响;利用体外微量酶反应体系研究女贞子醇提物对Ⅱ型5α-还原酶的抑制作用。结果与模型组相比,女贞子醇提物各剂量组小鼠毛发质量、毛囊数量显著增加(P<0.05),皮肤组织中雄激素含量显著降低(P<0.05)。女贞子醇提物生药浓度为1 mg/mL时,对Ⅱ型5α-还原酶的抑制率可达(81.49±4.03)%。结论女贞子醇提物对雄激素性脱发模型小鼠毛发生长具有一定促进作用。通过抑制Ⅱ型5α-还原酶活性、降低皮肤组织中二氢睾酮含量是女贞子醇提物促毛发生长的主要机制之一。 Objective To study the effect of ethanol extract of Ligustri Lucidi Fructus on the hair growth of testosterone-induced alopecia mice.Methods The C57BL/6 mice model of androgen alopecia induced by testosterone was used to investigate the effect of the ethanol extract of Ligustri Lucidi Fructus on hair growth and hormone levels in skin and serum.The inhibitory effect of Ligustri Lucidi Fructus alcohol extract on type II 5α-reductase was measured by micro enzyme reaction system.Results There was a significant difference between alopecia model group and Ligustri Lucidi Fructus group in terms of hair height,the number of hair follicles and androgen level in skin(P<0.05).When the concentration of Ligustri Lucidi Fructus alcohol extract was 1 mg/mL,the inhibition rate of type II 5α-reductase was(81.49±4.03)%.Conclusion The alcohol extract of Ligustri Lucidi Fructus can promote the hair growth of androgenic alopecia model mice,which is related to inhibition of the activity of type II 5α-reductase and reduction of the content of dihydrotestosterone in skin tissue.
