摘要
综述了顺丁烯二酸酐生产的工艺路线和催化剂研究发展。重点介绍了苯固定床氧化工艺和正丁烷流化床氧化工艺路线以及正丁烷氧化流化床用催化剂及晶格氧催化剂的研究发展。通过比较不难看出,我国的顺丁烯二酸酐生产工艺尚不能与国际流行的正丁烷流化床法生产工艺接轨,相应配套的催化剂研究和后续精制工艺优化水平需要进一步提高。目前应加紧做好流化床催化剂和晶格氧技术及顺丁烯二酸酐下游产品的开发。
Technology for maleic anhydride production and the development of catalysts are described. The technologies of benzene fixed oxidization,the catalyst for n-butane fluidized-bed and the development of lattice oxygen catalyst are emphatically introduced. It can be easily seen by comparison that the technology for maleic anhydride production in China can not be linked with the method of n-butane fluidized-bed which is popularized over the world,the corresponding matching process for catalysts and consequent precision process optimization should be further improved. At present the catalysts for fluidized-bed and techniques for lattice oxygen and development of lower stream products of maleic anhydride should be speeded up.
