摘要
以工业V2O5和工业磷酸为基本原料,以醛(如苯甲醛)、醇(如正辛醇)或醛-醇混合物为还原剂,合成出前躯体后成型并老化,制备出丁烷流化床氧化制顺丁烯二酸酐V—P-O催化剂。最佳工艺条件为:V2O5粒度小于5μm;n(P)/n(V)=1.2;磷酸质量分数91.7%~92.9%。流化床活性评价结果表明,顺丁烯二酸酐收率大于44%。
Using industrial vanadium oxide and phosphoric acid as materials,aldehyde(such as benzaldehyde) or alcohol(such as n-octyl alcohol),or their mixture as reductant,in fluidized bed the V-P-O catalyst for n-butane oxidation to maleic anhydride was synthesized.The optimization process conditions were that the granule size of vanadium oxide was less than 5 μm,n(P)/n(V) was 1.2 and the mass fraction of phosphoric acid was 91.7%~92.9%.In fluidized bed the activity test results showed that the yield of maleic anhydride was more than 44%.
