摘要
目的:研究番茄红素对二乙基亚硝胺(DEN)所致氧化损伤的拮抗作用。方法:健康雄性Wister大鼠,随机分为4组。对照组正常饮水,损伤组、低剂量组、高剂量组饮用0.01%DEN水溶液,高低剂量组按20 mg/kg及10mg/kg灌胃溶有番茄红素的色拉油,30 d后,测定血清、肝匀浆抗氧化酶的含量。结果:损伤组与对照组比较SOD、GSH-Px、T-AOC明显下降,MDA显著增高;高剂量组大鼠血清SOD、T-AOC活力显著升高;高、低剂量组血清GSH-Px活力显著高于损伤组,MDA含量显著低于损伤组。高、低剂量组肝匀浆SOD、T-AOC活力均显著高于损伤组;高剂量组肝匀浆GSH-Px显著高于损伤组,MDA显著低于损伤组。结论:DEN可致大鼠体内抗氧化酶活性降低,番茄红素能够提高大鼠抗体抗氧化能力,对DEN所致的脂质过氧化损伤具有一定的保护作用。
Objective: To study the protection of lycopene on the lipid peroxldation induced by DEN. Methods: Wister rots were divide into 4 groups randomly with 8 mrs in each group: control group (give salad oil), model group (drink DEN and give salad oil), low dose and high dose group (drink DEN and give salad oll with lycopene by 10 mg/kg and 20 mg/kg respectively). After 30 days, the activity of SOD, GSH-Px, T-AOC and content of MDA were measured. Resultsi The activity of SOD, GSH-Px, T - AOC increased remarkable in high does group, the activity of GSH-Px at high does and low does group increased remarkably, the level of MDA decreased remarkably in high does and low dose group. In liver the activity of SOD, T - AOC increased remarkably in high does and low does group, the activity of GSH-Px increased remarkably in high does group, the level of MDA decreased remarkably in high does group. Conclusion: DEN can result in the oxidative damage in rots. Lycopene can increase the activity of antioxidative enzymes, as well as decrease the lipid peroxidative damage.
