摘要
本文发展了一种新型一维梯度材料的制备方法.通过改进阳极氧化铝模板的制备工艺,获得了具有梯度孔径的氧化铝模板.利用电化学沉积法,在上述氧化铝模板中生长了具有梯度直径的铋纳米线.利用SEM和TEM时制备的铋纳米线进行研究,结果显示:沿长度方向,铋纳米线的直径具有明显的梯度变化,变化范围为11~55nm.由于具有梯度结构,这些铋纳米线可能会作为一种新型的功能梯度材料得以应用.
In this paper, a new way to prepare one-dimensional gradient materials with a graded size was proposed. By varying the anodic conditions, a two-step anodic oxidation of high purity aluminum was improved for fabricating porous alumina templates with a graded pore diameter. Based on the templates, the graded Bi nanowires were achieved by electrochemical deposition. SEM and TEM images show that the resulted Bi nanowires have obvious graded diameters along the nanowire direction with gradient ranging from about 11 to 55 nm. These graded Bi nanowires may be used as a kind of new functional graded materials due to their gradient structure.
