摘要
本文通过测定pH、T与胆红素在CHCl_3——H_2O系中分配系数(K)的关系,得出直接法提取胆红素的优化条件:PH=5.0、T=50℃,萃取三次,胆红素的收率可达94.15%。
This paper discusses how to extract bilirubin form pig bile of direct Meth-od. By diterming the relationship between pH, T. and bilirubin in the systemof chloroform (CHCL_3)-water (H_2O), We got the optimum condition of extr-action as: T = 50℃, pH = 5.0, extraction three times. The total yield of biliru-bin was 94.15%.
