良好的人格不仅为创造性活动所需要，而且它本身就是人的创造性的重要组成部分。人的聪明才智是智力因素，是创造性的一种潜能，其实现需要人格的参与。人格是影响创造潜能发挥的重要因素。本文分析了青少年创造性人格的主要问题及其原因，并从人本主义心理学角度谈了青少年创造性人格的塑造问题。
A good personality is necessary for creative activities, and it is also an important part of people＇s creativity. A person＇s mental ability only shows the intelligence, a potential of creativity, and its realization is personality involved. Personality contributes a lot to the realization of creative potentials. The paper mainly arialyres the major problems and their formation ofjuvenile＇s creative personality. It also elaborates on building up＇s creative persmality from the angle of humanism psychology represented by Rogers.
