摘要
采用4水平5因素(乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、回流时间、pH值、浸泡温度)正交试验,优选从向日葵叶中提取绿原酸的最佳提取工艺.结果表明:稀醇法为最佳提取方法;最佳提取工艺为以10倍70%乙醇为浸提液,pH值调至6.0,80℃水浴浸泡,回流3 h,所得绿原酸含量最高.
The experiment was designed as orthogonal design of four levels and five factors (alcohol concentration, alcohol dose, circumfluence time, pH value, marinate temperature ) to choose the best method and distilling technics to extract chlorogenic acid from Helianthus annuus I. The results showed that the ethanol extraction was the most optimum. The best extracting technique was to adjust the pH value to 6 with six fold ethanol(70%), dipped in 80℃ water, and circumfluenced three hours.
