Qualitative analysis of the main chemical constituents of Shuanghuanglian injection powder and their origin by HPLC-ESI/MS/MS spectrometry

摘要 采用液相色谱-电喷雾串联四极杆质谱法分析双黄连粉针中的化学成分,并对各化学成分的药味进行归属。采用C18柱,以甲醇-0.25%醋酸水溶液梯度洗脱,紫外光谱和电喷雾质谱同时在线检测,负离子扫描模式扫描,对每一组分峰进行质谱分析。通过质谱分析及文献对照,从双黄连粉针图谱中共准确推断43个峰的相对分子质量,推导出20个化合物,并对各化合物进行了药味归属。 This paper is to report the analysis of the main chemical constituents of Shuanghuanglian injection powder and determination of their origin. The sample solution was analyzed by a Zorbax C 18 column with a gradient mobile phase comprised of methanol and 0.25% acetic acid solution. Both UV and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry detector were used simultaneously, -Ql-scan detection mode was evaluated for the identification of the LC peaks. To analyze the mass spectrum of every LC peaks, 43 molecular mass from the ion chromatogram of Shuanghuanglian injection powder were identified and among them, structure of 20 compounds were elucidated, and the data were sorted to the three component herbs, separately.
