摘要
康氏木霉分生孢子对植物病原真菌和细菌的生长有很强的抑制作用,0.25%的分生孢子可以完全抑制水稻黄单胞菌、甘薯假单胞菌、青枯假单胞菌等植物病原细菌的生长。1.0%可以较强地抑制炭色蠕孢菌、核盘菌、小穴壳菌等植物病原真菌的生长。用醇法和碱法将这些具有抑菌作用的物质分离提取,其收率分别为0.98%和0.82%。这些提取物的抑菌作用仍很强。
The substances existing in the conidia of Trichoderma kningii BY 88 not only effect on the plant pathogenic fungus, but also strongly inhibit the growth of the plant pathogenic bacteria. 0 25% conidia can fully inhibit the growth of Xanthomonas oryzae, Pseudomonas batatae and X.solanacearum. 1% conidia can strongly inhibit the growth of Helminthosprium carbonum, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and Dothiorella gregarious. The recovery rates of the antibiotic substances extracted by alcohol and NaOH are 0.98% and 0.82% respectively. The antibacterial actions of those extracts are still very strong.
