摘要
本文对１３０例皮肤病患者，采用三抗体放射免疫法测定血清总ＩｇＥ，３０例同时测定Ｔ淋巴细胞及其亚群，６８例测定５－ＨＴ及５－ＨＩＡＡ。并分别与３０例正常人作对照。发现ＩｇＥ含量升高与病情严重程度有关，与Ｔ细胞数及ＣＤ＿４／ＣＤ＿８比率下降有明显相关性。与５－ＨＴ及５－ＨＩＡＡ无显著相关性。作了２０例血清总ＩｇＥ、５－ＨＴ、５－ＨＩＡＡ治疗前后对比，ＩｇＥ及５－ＨＴ有明显显著性差别。
erum IgE levels were detected by using IRMA in 130 Patients with Dlermatosis.T cell subsetswere detected also in 30 cases of this group.Serum 5-HT,5-HIAA were detected in 68 cases of thisgroup,and were compared to 30 normalpersons.The determination of serum IgE,5-HT,5-HIAAwere preformed in 20cases after treatment.The results show that the IgE levels corrlate with diseasesevereness,the decrease of T cell number and CD_4/CD_8 ratio,and do not correlate with 5-HT,5-HIAA,The IgE and 5-HT leveis fell after treatment
