摘要
采用放射免疫分析(RIA)方法测定130例健康人和146例糖尿病患者血清胰岛素抗体的含量,结果表明正常人胰岛素抗体阴性,146例糖尿病患者有87例胰岛素抗体阳性,为临床合理使用胰岛素治疗糖尿病,提供参考数据。
Serum anti-insulin antibody was determined by RIA in 130 healthy individuals and 146 cases of diabetes. The results showed that anti-insulin antibody was negative in healthy individuals and positive in 87 of 156 diabetic patients. We consider that detection of anti-insulin antibody is helpful for the clinicians to use insulin more reasonable for treating the diabetes.
