摘要
为了贯彻落实新课程所倡导全人教育,重建课程结构,形成正确的评价观念,促进课程的民主化与适应性等等教育观理念,必须重新审视改革已有的教师教育课程,加强校本教师教育课程研究,使国家、地方、学校三级教师教育课程能够相互补充、良性互动,尽快提高教师教育质量,更好地促使教师专业化发展。
To carry out the education of perfect men as is required by the new curriculum, to rebuild the structure of the curriculum, to form a correct notion of evaluation and to promote the democratization and adaptability of the curriculum, it is necessary to re - examine and reform the existing courses for the education of teachem and to strengthen the study on the courses so that the courses for the education of teachers at the three stages of the state, of the district and of the school can compliment and interact one another to achieve the quickest possible improvement of quality in the education of teachers and to urge forward a specialized development of teachers.
