摘要
校本教师培训,也称校本教师教育。研究表明,国内外教师,皆存一定的对教师培训满意度不高的认知,由此,校本教师培训研究逐渐兴起。校本教师培训是教师的继续教育活动,旨在促进教师的专业发展。我国校本教师培训在师资、教材设施、方法等方面还有很大的局限,必须根据学校发展需要和教师工作需要,创新校本教师培训。
More and more studies show that teacher training satisfaction is not high, so the school- based teacher training is booming, including china. The first two parts of this paper briefly analyze the two aspects meaning of school- based teacher training on school- based and training, and three characteristics. The last part analyze the limitations of school- based teacher training, in order to foster strengths, circumvent weaknesses and maximize the promotion of China's " school- based teacher training" development.
