摘要
本文通过对二级齿轮减速器扭振特性的实验测定,识别了系统的动力学参数。在此基础上提出用三质量弹簧简化模型代替复杂齿轮减速器的方法,并对简化模型的特性参数进行了辨识,为齿轮传动系统的动力学分析,提供了一种有效的分析方法。
Based on the experimental measurement of a 2-stage gear reducer on torsional vibration characteristic, the dynamic parameters are identified and a new method which uses a simplified three-mass-spring model to substitute complex gear reducer is proposed, and the simplified model characteristic parameters are identified. The effective method used in the dynamic analysis of gear transmission system has been obtained.
