摘要
在反应温度为260℃、压力5.0MPa的条件下,研究了固定床反应器中不同CO空速和CO/H2O比例在甲醇合成催化剂上进行水煤气变换反应的情况,并对催化剂的稳定性进行了考察。研究结果发现,CO空速升高和CO/H2O比例减小都能抑制副反应的发生,Cu基催化剂水煤气变换功能减弱速率快是导致二甲醚复合催化剂失活快的主要原因。
The water-gas shift reaction on the Cu base catalyst for the one-step dimethyl ether synthesis process was studied in a fixed bed under the reaction conditions of 260℃ and 5.0 MPa. The stability of the Cu base catalyst, the effects of the CO space velocity and decrease of CO/H2O ratio were investigated respectively. The side reaction through which methanol was synthesized was restricted significantly with the increases in the CO space velocity and decrease of CO/H2O ratio. The rapid deactivation of the water-gas shift reaction catalyst led to the deactivation of the complex catalyst for dimethyl ether synthesis.
