摘要
对浆态床二甲醚合成过程中的反应与反应 ,反应与传热的耦合协同效应进行了探讨。理论分析和实验结果表明 ,反应与反应耦合作用显著 ,反应与传热耦合现实可行。由于过程耦合作用 ,使合成过程可使用富碳合成气 ,并可达较高的单程转化率 ,避免合成气的大量循环与压缩 ,节省过程能耗并可省却水煤气变换系统。从而降低整个过程的设备投资和生产成本 ,充分利用能源。
The synergy effect of for the dimethyl ether synthesis process coupling of reaction-reaction and reaction-heat transfer was studied. Via theoretical and experimental analysis, it was indicated that the synergy of the reaction-reaction is prominent and the synergy of reaction-heat transfer is also feasible. Due to the synergy effect, CO-rich synthesis gas can be used for the dimethyl ether synthesis and higher one-way CO conversion can be obtained. Recycle and compression of the unreacted synthesis gas can also be avoided. Accordingly, energy consumption and water gas shift reaction system would be saved, and the entire investment and production cost could be decreased.
