摘要
综述了二甲醚的性质、生产方法、应用及其下游产品的开发 ,比较了二甲醚生产方法的优缺点 ,从长远观点看 ,一步法生产二甲醚具有较高经济价值 ,而CO2 加氢制取DME是发展方向 ,DME是理想的氯氟烃代替品 ,且从二甲醚可开发出一系列具有高附加值的产品 ,这可推动我国二甲醚合成技术工业化的进程。
The properties,production methods,application and downstream products development of dimethyl ether(DME) are discribed.By comparing the production methods in the long views,it is consideried that the one step synthesis method from syngas owns best economics and CO 2 hydrogenation method is a developing direction.DME is a prefered substitute of CFCS and can derivered a number of products with high value,these can promote the development of DME industrial technology in China.
