摘要
应用ICP-AES法,对核纯海绵锆中17个杂质元素的测定进行了试验研究。取样量100mg时,Al、Ca、Co、Cr、Cu、Fe、Mg、Mn、Mo、Ni、Pb、Sn、Ta、Ti、V、Y和Zn的测定范围是10μg/g—3200μg/g。回收率为95.2%—106.5%。
A methed for determing 17 impurity elements in sponge zirconium of nuclear purity has been studied experimentally. They are Al,Ca,Co,Cr,Cu,Fe,Mg,Mn,Mo,Ni,Pb,Sn,Ta,Ti,V,Y and Zn. The measuring rangs are 10μg/g to 3200μg/g. The recovery rate are between 95% and 107%. The RSD(n=8) are from 0. 2% to 2.2%.
