综述了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)在钨、钼、钽、铌、钛、锆等稀有难熔金属及其合金分析方面的应用情况(引用文献52篇)。
A review on the application of ICP-AES to the analysis of rare refractroy metals （i. e. , tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum, niobium, titanium and zirconium） and their alloys was presented （52 ref. cited）.
