对食源性降血压肽的体外活性测定方法、动物实验评价方法和人体临床试验的研究状况及进展等进行了论述。
Angiotensin- Ⅰ converting enzyme (ACE) plays a major role in the cardiovascular homeostasis, most of the food-derived peptides function as antihypertensive agents by inhibiting the ACE activity. The article overview about the research condition and the development of the determination methods of antihypertensive peptides, including evaluated the ACE inhibitory activity in vitro, in vivo and evaluated the antihypertensive effect in clinical.
