摘要 利用红外成像技术在实验室和现场对不同的外绝缘材料温度变化特性进行了测量、分析和比较研究。研究结果表明,材料的热物性参数、环境温度和太阳辐射是外绝缘材料表面温度变化特性的主要影响因素。材料设计可以改善绝缘子的温度变化特性,提高其防污能力。凌晨,绝缘子表面温度可能低于环境温度。空气相对湿度高,绝缘子表面温度低是凌晨容易发生污闪的两个重要原因。 The thermal characteristics of outdoor insulating materials are important factors which influence the wetting process of insulator surfaces. In this paper, the temperature changes of different insulation materials were measured by means of infrared image both in laboratory and on site. It is found that the thermophysical properties of material, environment temperature and solar radiation are main factors, which influences the temperature changes on the insulator surfaces. The material design could be change the temperature characteristic of insulator to improve itspollution performance. In the early morning, the surface temperature on insulator may be lower than the environment temperature; here high relative humidity and low surface temperature are two important factors in pollution flashover.
