基于硅油劣化特性对高压电缆终端热状态的测试分析 被引量:11

摘要 为了对已经在现场运行了12年的220 kV瓷套管电缆终端异常热状态进行研究,以电缆终端内部填充的硅油为研究对象,进行了傅里叶红外光谱分析、介电性能及微水含量测试。结果表明:微水含量对硅油的老化状态影响显著,是硅油老化的特征指标之一。在红外光谱中硅油老化特征峰对应于2 360 cm-1附近P-H键的伸缩振动峰,Si-CH3键、-CH3键及Si-O-Si键的特征峰在老化前后变化不大。在温度为90℃时,硅油的介电性能数据能更好地体现出其性能变化的差异,硅油老化后其介电性能的下降主要是由水分含量提高,加剧硅油老化引起的。 In order to study the abnormal thermal state of 220 kV porcelain bushing cable terminal operating for 12 years on site, taking the silicone oil in cable terminal as research object, and its Fourier infrared spectrum, dielectric properties, and water content were tested. The results show that the moisture content has significant influence on the ageing state of silicone oil, which is one of the characteristic indexes for the ageing of silicone oil. The ageing characteristic peak of silicone oil in the infrared spectrum corresponds to the stretching vibration peak of P-H bond near 2 360 cm-1, and the characteristic peaks of Si-CH3 bond,-CH3 bond, and Si-O-Si bond change little before and after ageing. The dielectric properties data of silicone oil at 90 ℃ can reflect the variation of its performance better. The decrease of dielectric properties of silicone oil after ageing is mainly caused by that the increase of moisture content aggravates the ageing of silicone oil.
