摘要
分离提纯小麦、水稻和玉米3种植物叶绿体的类囊体上的偶联因子CF1,利用分光光度法测定其酶促反应生成的无机磷的含量,得出小麦、水稻和玉米的偶联因子CF1的ATP酶活力分别为:333.9μmol(P)·(mg(chl)·h)-1,358.4μmol(P)·(mg(chl)·h)-1和485.1μmol(P)·(mg(chl)·h)-1.结果表明小麦、水稻和玉米3种植物叶绿体中偶联因子CF1的ATP酶的活性强弱不同,但小麦和水稻之间的酶活性差别较小,而两者与玉米之间的差别非常显著.
By dividing and purifying the coupling factor 1 of chloroplast on the three plants-wheat, rice and maize, and using chromatography to measure the quantity of inorganic phosphorus in enzyme-catalyzed reaction, the adenosine triphosphatase activity of wheat, rice and corn are respectively determined to be 333.9 μmol (P)·(mg(ch1)·h)^-1,358.4μmol (P)·(mg(ch1)·h)^-1 and 485.1μmol(P) · (mg(ch1)·h)^-1. The result shows that wheat, rice and maize are different in the strength and weakness of adenosine triphosphatase activity in their chloroplast coupling factor 1 . But there are smaller differences in the adenosine triphosphatase activity between wheat and rice while they are quite different from maize.
