摘要
本文对葛根中黄酮类化合物提取的影响因素进行了系统研究。确定了用乙醇提取黄酮的最佳条件。在此条件下浸提获得粗提物的总黄酮含量为２．６０％。定性试验结果表明，葛根中主要黄酮类化合物为异黄酮类。
The influential factors on extraction of flavonoids in kudzu vines roots were systematically studied. The optimal extraction conditions of the flavone by ethanol were determined. Under that conditions, the content of flavonoids in extract was 2.60%. Qualitative analysis results showed that the main flavonoids were isoflavones.
